Abstract

En este artículo se analizan algunas consideraciones que fundamentan las principales teorías y fundamentos en que se sustenta el modelo didáctico y la estrategia que se propone. Se puede observar y valorar algunos presupuestos de autores destacados en los diferentes modelos citados, el origen de la palabra modelo, etc. Se aprecia el actual modelo de formación inicial de los docentes que se desempeñan en los CUM de la Universidad de Guantánamo en especial el municipio de Baracoa, precisándose su calidad según la amplitud de los saberes que se considera que debe tener el currículo de formación inicial de un profesional con formación pedagógica, entre ellos de didáctica y todo lo relacionado con el aprendizaje.
