Abstract

En Cuba, el objetivo de formar una personalidad armónica e integralmente desarrollada, responde a un propósito esencial de la política del Estado, teniendo como centro de la educación al propio hombre, quien juega el rol de eje fundamental de dicha transformación. Es por ello que el colectivo pedagógico de grupo en su labor educativa debe potenciar desde su accionar el desarrollo de proyectos de vida profesionales en los estudiantes como acto personal intransferible que compromete su ser y hacer, para que puedan vivir con previsión, anticipación y organización de sus acontecimientos profesionales permitiéndole aportar todas sus potencialidades, darse constructivamente al mundo y desarrollarse como individuo más plenamente humano.
