Abstract

El trabajo contiene un análisis autoevaluativo del diplomado Formación Básica para la Docencia Universitaria dirigido a los adiestrados de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus, con una visión universal y abierta a las diferentes maneras de producir los conocimientos, es por ello que resulta importante desarrollar una cultura profesional docente para fomentar las actitudes, valores, así como los modelos de relación y asociación entre las personas. El programa atiende a las necesidades (actuales y perspectivas) de formación general de los egresados. Está en correspondencia con la necesidad del desarrollo socioeconómico sostenible del país, y el fortalecimiento de identidad cultural.
