Caracterización Pedagógica De La Orientación Profesional Concepción De Un Enfoque Integrador Del Proceso

Abstract

El presente artículo es el resultado de un análisis crítico, realizado en la tesis del autor en opción al grado científico de Doctor en Ciencias Pedagógicas, específicamente desde la dimensión pedagógica. En el mismo se hace referencia a la principal limitación teórica encontrada luego del análisis realizado sobre el conocimiento científico del proceso de orientación profesional y el cual se centra que las investigaciones precedentes de autores como: González Rey y Mitjáns Martínez, 1989; Gómez Betancourt, 1994; González Maura, 2002; entre otros, analizan e investigan el proceso desde algunos de los tres criterios predominantes determinados por el autor: las influencias educativas, lo motivacional, o el proceso formativo en general, lo cual evidencia la forma subdividida de tratar un mismo proceso. La dimensión pedagógica en particular revela la necesidad de un nuevo enfoque que de una perspectiva integradora del proceso de orientación profesional y que es el aporte teórico de la investigación, la cual revela que el proceso se desarrolla en una relación socio-motivacional-formativa.
