Sistema De Acciones Para La Preparación De Profesores De Las Escuelas Ramales En Las Tunas Para Atender La Preparación De Directivos Y Reservas

Abstract

La preparación y superación de los directivos responde a la política de cuadros del Estado cubano y es el medio para dotarlos de las habilidades para dirigir con eficiencia. En dicha preparación, la capacitación se organiza como un sistema de cuatro componentes esenciales y una estrategia maestra presente en todas las acciones de capacitación. Las escuelas ramales tienen un importante papel en la ejecución de esta estrategia, y se requiere que la preparación ideopolítica ocupe el papel principal en la gestión de los procesos docentes. Se aporta un Sistema de Acciones que permite elevar la calidad de la preparación de profesores de dichas escuelas. La implementación de algunas acciones y la consulta a especialistas sobre la factibilidad de la propuesta demuestran la necesidad de su aplicación en la provincia de Las Tunas.
