La Orientación Profesional De La Personalidad Como Fundamento Psicológico De La Orientación Profesional

Abstract

El presente artículo es el resultado de un análisis crítico realizado en la tesis doctoral del autor en opción al grado científico de Doctor en Ciencias Pedagógicas, específicamente desde la dimensión psicológica. En el mismo se hace referencia de forma armónica a los elementos que desde la posición teórica del autor forman parte del sistema categorial del proceso de orientación profesional, con el fin de desarrollarlo en el técnico medio en economía de la Educación Técnica y Profesional. El investigador asume categorías y definiciones dadas por autores como: Rubinstein, 1977; González Rey y Mitjáns Martínez, 1989; Gómez Betancourt, 1994; González Maura, 2002; y García Gutiérrez, 2006, acerca de categorías como: orientación, motivación, intereses, autodeterminación profesional y orientación profesional, las cuales el investigador integra de forma operacional en la teoría: orientación profesional de la personalidad.
