Abstract

La falta de reflexiones críticas y las resistencias ofrecidas por las concepciones instrumentalistas y metodológicas con que es abordada la formulación de problemas y ejercicios han creado una confusión, confusión que hemos denominado problemas de índole heurístico. Este artículo tiene el propósito de reflexionar desde una perspectiva heurística, en esta dirección se han realizado diferentes investigaciones desde distintos contextos, pero no han quedado a juicio de los autores totalmente argumentadas las funciones de la formulación de problemas y ejercicios en la resolución de problemas, su especificidad en la concepciones sobre el aprendizaje basado en problemas. Nuestra reflexión pretende modificar las perspectivas bajo las cuales se observa normalmente la formulación de problemas y ejercicios, aquí revelamos de forma explícita una nueva función, la de entrenamiento previo y refuerzo en la resolución de problemas en la concepción del aprendizaje basado en problemas.
