Abstract

Propuesta de estrategia pedagógica en tres etapas que responden a la unidad dialéctica entre lo cognitivo y lo afectivo, para incidir en el Proceso de Orientación Profesional, en la formación de intereses profesionales de los estudiantes de preuniversitario. Se sustenta en la diversificación de los grupos docentes, la actividad independiente y el uso de técnicas de trabajo individual y grupal, para propiciar un enfoque personológico en la orientación sobre el contenido de las profesiones en el contexto de su desempeño, y la autodeterminación en una elección consciente en correspondencia con sus intereses, aptitudes y las necesidades de desarrollo social.
