Abstract

En el presente artículo, la autora retoma los principios de administración científica de Henry Fayol para traer a la educación una novedosa propuesta que permita usarlos en un currículo por competencias. De esta manera, se rescatan ya que se redimensionan con la intención de mejorar la calidad de la educación, al permitir que el estudiante construya conocimientos que le den autodirección a sus actos.
