El Valor Del Conocimiento Y Un Plan Para Usarlo En Instituciones Educativas De Los Niveles Inicial, Básica, Diversificada –Profesional

    En este artículo se presenta el conocimiento como valor y se reflexiona sobre cómo podría usarse en cualquier institución educativa. Se considera que hay diferencias importantes en la escuela que le confieren singularidad y que impiden que se adopten estrategias creadas en las empresas para mejorar su calidad. Por ello, hablar de gerencia del conocimiento es reconocer que en la escuela no se producen las innovaciones que debería producirse para su propia evolución .Los directivos requieren transformar la cultura institucional para permitir que los docentes superen las limitaciones que les impiden trabajar en grupos. Además, descubrir y potenciar sus talentos, para que circulen los conocimientos y así la organización crezca de adentro hacia fuera.
