Abstract

La preparación metodológica del personal docente se ha convertido en la actualidad en uno de los instrumentos más necesarios y efectivos en el logro de formas adecuadas en que debe llevarse a cabo el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Podría decirse además que es una de las vías para mantener actualizados a los docentes de un territorio específico y de darle solución a los problemas metodológicos diagnosticados.
