El Proceso De Formación Profesional En La Carrera De Estudios Socioculturales

Abstract

La sociedad actual requiere del concurso de profesionales con una sólida formación científica y humanista, que puedan dar respuestas de forma creativa a los problemas de su profesión. Capaces de transformar los procesos productivos con el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la informática y las comunicaciones. Dotados de herramientas teórico metodológicas y una alta escala de valores. La investigación que se presenta, se dirige al análisis del proceso de formación profesional de los estudiantes de la carrera de Estudios Socioculturales, del Instituto Superior Minero Metalúrgico de Moa. Determinar las principales características de este proceso favorecerá consolidar la formación de profesionales cada vez más capaces y competentes, como demanda hoy la universidad cubana.
