Abstract

El presente artículo aborda como tópico central el significado social de la conducta antisocial y corrupta en el sector jurídico y su prevención y enfrentamiento oportuno desde la enseñanza del Derecho, mas bien, desde el mismo proceso de aprendizaje donde el principal instrumento es la propia interacción entre sus elementos más importantes, el pedagogo y el formando. Así se ilustra esta técnica elemental y primaria del proceso de la socialización donde se ilustra a partir de un conjunto de experiencias educativas en la Universidad de la Habana.
