Abstract

La concepción acerca de la Formación Ciudadana en Cuba exige de los agentes educativos y en especial del maestro o profesor de sociología jurídica o cualquier rama jurídica, un desarrollo profesional en correspondencia con las características de este proceso, lo que ha constituido históricamente una idea rectora en el pensamiento pedagógico universal y cubano, manifestándose de forma peculiar en la Historia de la formación de maestros en Cuba. Las necesidades actuales de la realidad cubana así lo ameritan. Como debe establecerse esta relación desde la ensenanza del derecho y la Sociología jurídica y consecuentemente sus beneficios para nuestra sociedad son objetivos de análisis en el presente artículo.
