Actividad Y Salud En El Niño De 0 A 6 Años

Abstract

Este artículo versa sobre la actividad (tanto física como mental) en el niño de 0 a 6 años, su relación con la salud (destacando la importancia de un adecuado ajuste entre actividad y descanso), las necesidades y los ritmos de sueño, la fatiga infantil, los trastornos relacionados con el sueño más habituales, cómo podemos abordarlos, así como algunos criterios a tener en cuenta en el diseño de espacios para el sueño. El conocimiento de los contenidos abordados en este artículo puede resultar útil para educadores y para padres, ya que señala algunas consideraciones a tener en cuenta para que el descanso del niño sea reparador.
