Abstract

La Universalización de la enseñanza superior aplicada en nuestro país ha propiciado transformaciones considerables en el sistema, dotando a la nueva universidad cubana de un sentido mas humano y justo para el acceso y permanencia, así mismo, ha permitido la superación de los graduados, incrementándose los post grados, diplomados, maestrías y los programas de doctorados, a la vez ha dado lugar a que existan condiciones favorables para insertarse la universidad en la solución de los problemas de la localidad, en síntesis: contar con una Universidad más renovada y abierta.
