Tipología De Clases Y Sistema De Evaluación En La Enseñanza Del Derecho En Cuba

    En la enseñanza del Derecho cobra vida un grupo de categorías didácticas, aplicadas al desarrollo sistémico del proceso docente-educativo, que constituyen la base donde se sostiene una parte importante de la teoría pedagógica. Entre estas categorías se encuentran las formas organizativas y la evaluación del aprendizaje, las que poseen un carácter universal, a partir de su expresión en los distintos niveles de enseñanza. Estas se manifiestan de manera particular en las condiciones de la educación superior, con un sentido de singularidad entre las diversas carreras universitarias.
