Abstract

A través del tiempo se ha buscado la forma de resolver los problemas que enfrenta la educación, en diferentes niveles y sociedades, cada uno en sus propios contextos, intereses y visiones, distinto desarrollo económico y político, sin embargo a pesar de dichas diferencias, coinciden en la necesidad de investigar todos los elementos que inciden en ésta tarea, buscando así dar respuesta a las interrogantes planteadas cada vez que se evalúa el sistema educativo.
