Abstract

En el presente trabajo nos detendremos a realizar el análisis del currículum como diseño del programa de estudio y como plan de estudio para analizar la relación que existe entre los objetivos reales que en teoría tiene el diseño curricular de una ciencia determinada y las consecuentes modificaciones que debe sufrir este en relación con los nuevos cambios que operen en la sociedad y el funcionamiento de este fenómeno en los estudios de la licenciatura en derecho en el modelo semipresencial en Cuba.
