Abstract

La educación de las personas adultas resulta determinante en los procesos de cambios que se operan a nivel social, toda vez que son ellos los máximos protagonistas de tales cambios. La educación de las personas adultas se traduce, además de en capacitación de la fuerza laboral, en gran medida, también en producción de bienes espirituales, al ser estos los depositarios, y a la vez, la fuente de todos los valores humanos generados por la historia de la humanidad, y génesis de la transmisión de tales valores espirituales a las generaciones futuras.
