Abstract

Las reformas académicas realizadas en las universidades públicas mexicanas se han preocupado por incorporar en sus modelos de educación universitaria a las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) como un elemento estratégico que reduzca la brecha digital en las naciones. Para lograrlo la Universidad Veracruzana se apoya en los Programas de Formación Académica elaborados por el departamento de competencias de la Dirección General de Desarrollo Académico orientados al fortalecimiento del modelo educativo, a la profesionalización de los académicos y al desarrollo institucional.
