Las motivaciones públicas para la actuación en los bienes culturales: el caso de Cuenca

Abstract

Desde que Cuenca fue inscrita en la lista del patrimonio de la humanidad (1999)1, sus áreas históricas han sido un punto de interés fundamental para la acción pública y privada. La acción pública ha promovido intervenciones en importantes edificios patrimoniales y en espacios públicos mientras que, el sector privado, ha ejecutado iniciativas principalmente en los edificios patrimoniales. El artículo desarrolla una reflexión teórica sobre este tema, con un particular enfoque en el caso del Seminario San Luis y la Calle de Santa Ana de Cuenca.
