Abstract

El trabajo desarrolla una metodología para la creación de un Sistema de Monitoreo y Mantenimiento, integrando los sistemas existentes, los métodos de valoración y herramientas que permitan el mantenimiento y monitoreo de los bienes inmuebles en centros históricos; sustentada en el análisis de investigaciones, estrategias y modelos que conforman una base de datos contenida en un sistema de información geográfica. Los resultados permitirán definir acciones enfocadas a la conservación de inmuebles, enfocados en el estado actual y el grado de su intervención.
