Abstract

Los aspectos que influyen en el incumplimiento de normas urbanísticas de uso y ocupación del suelo, son una preocupación constante para los Municipios, a fin de establecer procesos eficientes que garanticen la disminución de este tipo de irregularidades. Es por eso que el presente artículo busca explicitar las posibles causas que llevan a la población a cometer infracciones que, en ciertos casos atentan contra bienes y personas.
