El espacio en la pintura contemporánea. El encuentro de Oriente y Occidente

Abstract

ras el final de las dos grandes guerras del s XX, la pintura adoptó una nueva comprensión del espacio, que cambiaba la perspectiva por la narración continua de Asia Oriental. Esto favoreció la recuperación de los dípticos y trípticos y la experiencia de la instalación como género dentro del arte contemporáneo. Partiendo de las Nymphéas de Claude Monet, esta investigación especula sobre el peso de determinadas condiciones específicas y de la pintura japonesa en este cambio.
