Abstract

La Escuela Malagueña de Formación Profesional es uno de los complejos edilicios más representativos de la arquitectura autárquica de los años cuarenta. Las obras se iniciaron en 1943, cuando España necesitaba regenerarse tras los desastres de la Guerra Civil. Su arquitecto, Juan Jáuregui Briales, usa con maestría soluciones para ofrecer una combinación de soluciones racionales, con rasgos regionalistas, cierto lenguaje clasicista y, por supuesto, una perfecta adecuación de la forma a su función.
