Diez variaciones en torno al cubo como idea de proyecto en el campo del Diseño Industrial

Abstract

El presente estudio constituye una muestra de un conjunto de actividades desarrolladas con fines docentes, basadas en una línea de investigación en curso que versa sobre las formas geométricas puras y su interés en el campo del diseño. En un intento de aplicación en determinadas asignaturas creativas de la titulación de Diseño Industrial, se propone la realización de una serie de ejercicios a través del uso de distintos sólidos regulares de forma que el alumno pueda descubrir y aprehender el concepto espacial y estructural que supone -en este caso- el cubo, como paradigma, tratándolo como volumen macizo o como volumen vacío.
