Abstract

The article is devoted to analysing the various aspects of implementation of constitutional principles of human rights in the Russian Federation. As an object of the study, the authors have selected public relations that have emerged as a consequence of judicial protection of human rights. Alongside with the judicial entities, the European Court of Human Rights plays an important role in supporting the human rights. While analysing the norms of international and domestic law in the Russian Federation, authors conclude that, while implementing the rights of each and every one for judicial protection, Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation serves to protect the national security and government interests of the Russian Federation. This is fairly justified, as national sovereignty is an important characteristic of modern government, the quality, which allows citizens to feel protected under the legal system.
