Prospects and Development of Tourism in Kazakhstan and the Impact of Incentive Tours on Efficiency

Abstract

The paper demonstrates the importance of business tourism in the state of Kazakhstan. The characteristics of business tourism are discussed, the features and the components of business tourism, their role in the general turnover of tourist business are also considered. The necessity for the creation of modern infrastructure in business tourism is emphasized, and statistical data on the level of development of business tourism in the world are presented. The paper highlights the results of a study of factors that are taken into account during the planning of business trips, as well as the impact that the application of business tourism has on the efficiency of the organization. The prospects and the development of business tourism in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the light of its entry into the world business community are presented.
