Abstract

Introduction: This section introduces andropause, focusing on its clinical significance in aging men, characterized by hormonal changes, primarily reduced testosterone levels, impacting physical and mental health. Study Objective: The study aims to comprehensively evaluate the clinical presentation, diagnostic methodologies, and treatment efficacy in andropause, illustrated through an in-depth analysis of 50 individual cases. Materials and Methods: It details the selection criteria for case studies, diagnostic tools, and the analytical approach used to examine andropause symptoms and treatment responses. Results: The findings encompass a range of clinical symptoms, hormonal profiles, and the effectiveness of various treatment modalities, offering insights into the condition’s multifaceted nature. Conclusion: Critical insights have been gained about andropause, stressing the need for personalized treatment strategies and the importance of early diagnosis for better patient outcomes.
