Abstract

In this work composite varistors on the base of (CuInSe2)1-x (MeSe)x (Me=Mn,Co) (x=0.1) and non polar polypropylene are prepared and investigated for the first time. Influence of the contents of varistor components on their electrophysical characteristics is revealed. Results are discussed from the view point of charge carrier conduction in polycrystalline structures.
