The Effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Loyalty on Employee Performance of PT. Asuransi Astra Buana during the Work from Home Period

Abstract

In early December 2019, the Corona Virus was detected for the first time and one of the efforts to deal with the spread of this virus was carried out by several policies by the Indonesian government, one of which was the implementation of work from home activities. In the process of implementing work from home, there were obstacles - constraints or factors experienced by employees that enable it to affect performance and, in this study, the three highest factors are work discipline, work environment and work loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work environment and work loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. This research is based on a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting data sourced from answer questionnaires with a sample of 150 employees. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Asuransi Astra Buana. The data analysis technique uses regression which is supported by the Microsoft Excel application as a program to process the initial data and SPSS V.26 software. the independent variables of this study, namely work discipline, work environment and loyalty and employee performance are the dependent variables. This research proves that: 1). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3). Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
