Abstract

This study investigates the interrelationships between Occupational Health and Safety Practices (OHSP), Employee Awareness (EA), and Employee Performance (EP) in the construction sector of Mongolia. The study utilizes Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine both direct and mediated relationships among the variables, based on survey data collected from 118 employees at two construction companies.
