Resources and Outcomes of Industrial Development Support in Bac Giang Province, Vietnam

Abstract

The present study utilized data sets from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department of Industry and Trade of Bac Giang province, and primary data from 118 enterprises. The correlation analysis of key indicators in analyzing resources and outcomes of industrial development support in Bac Giang province revealed that both domestic and foreign suppliers play a significant role in supporting industrial development. The market is a crucial factor influencing decisions regarding the quantity of raw materials used. Support enterprises in Bac Giang mainly cater to the domestic market, accounting for 37%, which is double the export proportion. Analysis of the results supporting industrial production reflects a high annual growth rate of 25% in the overall industrial sector and specific areas.
