Abstract

The research utilizes survey data from 172 teachers in preschools within the city of Bac Giang, Bac Giang province, to analyze and evaluate the financial and non-financial incentives policies at these preschools. The EFE model analysis reveals that the motivation for public preschool teachers in Bac Giang City is 2,763, above the average level. Therefore, solutions are needed, such as developing a “pay for performance” system based on each teacher's ability to fulfill job requirements and investing in smart and modern infrastructure for preschools in line with the modernization demands of society.
