The management of credit risk for individuals and companies loans

The paper discusses recent changes in the Romanian financial system, with a particular emphasis on the Romanian banking system, and on the credit granting procedures. The factors influencing these mechanisms are classified and analyzed, with the view of mitigating credit risks for both individuals and companies.
