The elaboration and implementation of a strategic management model on the Romanian market
A brilliant business idea does not have the strength to sustain on a long term the development of a small company. This paper offers a model of strategic management which, if adapted, can serve as a guideline for the proper development of a small sized trading company on the business to business Romanian market. The key elements which can lead companies to growth and constant competitive advantage are encompassed by strategic management. Difficulties, changes in the business environment and even the lack of resources can be overcome with the aid of strategic planning. A strategy map, constantly reviewed, constitutes the premises for a healthy life for any organization.
