Abstract

The implementation of sustainable development goals, while avoiding environmental degradation, provides for the public welfare. This can not be achieved without a highly developed social infrastructure. Today, however, the social infrastructure is in decline in Ukraine. Applied measures to exit from the current situation do not bring proper results. In this connection, it is proposed to consider a new approach to solving the problems of Ukrainian social infrastructure. This approach is based on the latest scientific discoveries of world economics and comes from the fact that such shared resources as natural and infrastructure, can be used effectively as part of voluntary organizations at the level of local communities. However, this requires an appropriate institutional environment, the creation of which could serve as a local community initiative for the conservation and development of social infrastructure.
