Elements economic mechanism of rational use of natural resources and environmental protection

Abstract

Scientific points of view concerning economic mechanism, some elements of use of natural resources and environmental protection are analyzed. Structural and functional scheme of economic mechanism of balanced use of natural resources at the regional, local and national levels is proposed. Principles that take into account the specifics of introduction of fiscal regulators use of natural resources are highlighted. Balanced use of natural resources performe through economic mechanism that includes a set of instruments, economic impacts, and the principles and criteria which in the balanced relationship contribute to achieving optimum ratio between economically feasible and environmentally friendly types of use of natural resources is substantiated.
