Rational Use And Protection Forest Land

Abstract

It is researched the situation of the organization of the recreation of forests resources in the conditions of application of the market relations. It is analized the today's situation of the fulfilling of the forest's spheres of the ecological and social functions. It is grounding the necessity of the stock-taking of the forests in the Carpathian macroregion. It is proposed to put in order the relations of the property on the forest. It is proposed to involve the model of the stable development of using, keeping and improving and guarding of the forests lands.
