On fiscal reform

Abstract

To stabilize the domestic prices, the government is proposing a fiscal reform. Butthis reform must not violate the Ricardian equivalence so that the burden of the debt doesnot fall entirely on those who do not possess debt but pays for the increase in taxes. JEL Classification: H50; E31.
