Carreiras não são mais sinônimo de cargo, no qual o indivíduo permanecia a vida toda conduzido pela organização. Porém, as empresas têm um importante papel no desenvolvimento de seus profissionais e não podem abrir mão disso caso queiram reter os melhores talentos
