Abstract

O imperativo categórico de uma organização é o resultado. A mesma exigência de desempenho é endereçada às áreas de negócios das organizações como também, e não deveria ser diferente, à área de RH. Contudo, esta última apresenta algumas peculiaridades quanto à demonstração de sua efetiva contribuição, o que acaba repercutindo em sua imagem e na de seus profissionais, algumas vezes de forma desfavorável. O artigo analisa as razões disso e propõe algumas reflexões para sua superação.
