Terceirizando para a multidão

Abstract

A multidão que forma hoje a internet está se transformando no estoque de mão-de-obra mais barato e relativamente qualificado de que já se teve notícia. Combinando alta disponibilidade pessoal e conhecimento, essa multidão está sendo empregada por algumas empresas para resolver problemas que os próprios especialistas não podem. Levando o amadorismo ao extremo, esse fenômeno é a versão mais surpreendente de terceirização anônima.
