Abstract

A proliferação de programas de formação executiva tem crescido nos últimos anos e mostrado que o fenômeno parece ser mais do que um modismo. Sua emergência depende da fragilidade do sistema de ensino convencional, das mutações no sentido mesmo de educação, das pressões por permanente atualização e das próprias empresas. O artigo analisa, detidamente, as expectativas ou esperanças dos que frequentam esses programas e o que as instituições lhes têm oferecido.
