Abstract

As escolas de negócio brasileiras têm, tradicionalmente, baseado seu conteúdo formativo em teorias e na realidade de países cujas culturas são significativamente diferentes das nossas. Contudo, a formação em liderança depende de uma profunda consideração da realidade vivenciada pelas empresas locais. O artigo defende a necessidade de essas escolas tratarem diferentemente a formação de líderes e gestores no contexto brasileiro.
