Abstract

O tédio é um dos sentimentos mais difusos e, ao mesmo tempo, presentes na vida de muitas pessoas nos dias de hoje. Refere-se a uma sensação, passageira ou insistente, de vazio ou falta de sentido para a própria vida. Longe de ser algo do interesse exclusivo de psicólogos ou psiquiatras, o tédio pode ser uma intrigante chave para entendermos a dinâmica da gestão de pessoas nas organizações. Este artigo mostra de que forma o tédio pode ser um inimigo das organizações e o que estas fazem para abafá-lo.
