Abstract

Obra analisa as interferências da cultura local sobre as práticas de gestão de pessoas no Brasil. Embasados na compreensão dessa cultura, os autores propõem nova leitura para tradicionais questões de Recursos Humanos, inclusive com incursões sobre estratégia, fusões e aquisições e papel gerencial.
