Abstract

Conhecida por ter um modelo de negócios inovador, a Dell tem sido levada a se reinventar. As razões têm a ver com turbulências no relacionamento com os clientes e com a necessidade de oferecer novas propostas de serviços e produtos, tendo em vista a crescente competitividade do setor. Este artigo analisa as principais respostas dadas pela Dell para reinventar seu modelo de negócios, melhorar seu relacionamento com clientes e permanecer no páreo das principais empresas de tecnologia do mundo.
