Abstract

Vivemos em uma época em que cresce a dúvida sobre o que é ser adulto. Em várias circunstâncias, por exemplo, no modo como a publicidade mima o consumidor com o intuito de mantê-lo satisfeito e aberto ao consumo, ou na tendência de os pais se igualarem a seus próprios filhos, observamos um fenômeno social inverso pelo qual os adultos são infantilizados ou se auto-infantilizam. O artigo discute as bases desse fenômeno e procura estendê-lo ao campo das empresas.
